Abstract

Unit Testing Laboratory of The Road and Bridge Department PU Bina Marga and Spatial South Sumatera Province is one part of the Department of PU Bina Marga and Spatial South Sumatera where a place to testing material for construction of roads and bridges, field activities, rent services as well as other administrative activities. As for the activities of archiving running on this instance is still not integrated due to the onset of difficulty in the search for archive and frequent loss of the archives. One alternative solution to the problem is to use the archival management system by applying the method of indexing field as well as system development method using a model FAST. This methode is used to the archive management system can be computerized and automated. The final result is the form variation reports and computerized logging.
