Abstract

The library of SDN 1 Sukaramah, Mesuji Makmur District, Ogan Komering Ilir District has a large number of books. Then a problem arises, if the user does a manual search on each bookshelf, it takes more time and effort to find books. Therefore, a book information search application using the web is made to help users search books quickly. In this study, the method used is the prototype method, because the prototype method is more flexible in making applications. The final results of this study can be concluded that the application can run according to its function and help users search books in the SDN 1 Sukaramah library. The conclusion that can be drawn based on the trial results is that the research objectives have been successfully achieved.
