Abstract

Fetal head reconstruction is usually used by doctors as a process to determine the condition of the fetus. This process takes a very long time and draining the mind,because to do this process is very prioritizing the expertise and experience of the gynecologist. This is a particular challenge to determine the condition of the fetus is preferred reconstruct the object in the fetal head that is transventricular there are several factors that mark such as Cavum Septi Pelucidi (CSP), Frontal Horn, and Choroid Plexus. Therefore, the process will be done to design the algorithm of deep learning method for transventricular object reconstruction system on medical images so that the object is in the fetal head accurately. Then this research will do segmentation with U-Net and will be continued on the process of object reconstruction using PIFuHD. Of the 50 images that have been reconstructed, there are 45 images that are validated by doctors and are reconstructions of transventricular objects and 5 other images are not due to too much noise on the object and the accuracy obtained after validation is 90%
