Abstract

Red chili (Capsicum annuum L) is one of the most widely cultivated commodities in Indonesia. One of the diseases that often attack chili plants is anthracnose which is caused by a fungus from the genus Colletotrichum. Generally, the species that attack chili plants come from Colletotrichum capsici and Colletotrichum acutatum. This research was carried out at the phytopathology laboratory in August-December 2022. This study consisted of 3 experiments using the RAL method (Completely Randomized Design). Where there are 3 formulations along with different concentrations. From the results of the study showed that in vitro testing, the formulation that effectively suppressed the growth of C. capsici was a formulation with a concentration of 2.5% and the most suppressive and inhibiting was the TrBb2.5% formulation with an inhibition of 82.16%. In the lysis conidia test, the formulations with the highest proportion of lysate conidia were all formulations with concentrations of TrBbTKJ and 2.5% concentrations of Tr and TrBb formulations. In the anthracnose setting experiment. Formulations that effectively suppress the development of anthracnose spots are all concentrations of the formulations Tr, TrBb 0.1, and TrBbTKJ 0.5%.
