Abstract

The objective of this study was to know about immersion time of carp with anti-A hydrophila vaccine which can increased quantity of carp survival rate that infected by A hydrophila. The research was conducted at Laboratory of Fishery, Faculty of Agricuiture, Sriwijaya University, South Sumatera on 10 June until 5 August 2011. Method used experimental with completely randomized design. The six treatments applied were without vaccine immersion, 15 minutes, 22,5 minutes, 30 minutes, 37,5 minutes and 45 minutes. The result of this research shown that immersion 30 minutes can maintain the survival rate of catfish until 100%.
