Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan religiusitas dengan psychological well-being (PWB) pada jemaat yang berkomitmen di Gereja Mawar Sharon Palembang. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan antara religiusitas dengan psychological well-being pada jemaat yang berkomitmen di Gereja Mawar Sharon Palembang. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah jemaat yang telah memutuskan berkomitmen di Gereja Mawar Sharon Palembang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Populasijemaat yang berkomitmen sebanyak 200 orang, terpilih 127 subjek melalui rumus Isaac dan Michael. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, skala PWB dan skala religiusitas. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan pearson product moment. Hasil uji hipotesis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara religiusitas dengan psychological well-being jemaat yang berkomitmen di Gereja Mawar Sharon Palembang dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.630 dan p = 0.000 (p<0.05). Jemaat yang memiliki religiusitas tinggi juga memiliki psychological well-being tinggi. Kata kunci: psychological well-being, religiusitas, jemaat yang berkomitmen
