Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perceived organizational support (POS) dengan quality ofwork life (QWL) pada karyawan lulusan SMA yang berlokasi di pabrik PT X (Persero). Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara perceived organizational support (POS) dengan quality ofwork life (QWL) pada karyawan lulusan SMA yang berlokasi di pabrik PT X (Persero). Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan PT X (Persero) yang berjumlah 195 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala POS dan skala QWL. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel insidental. Hasil analisis penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara POS dengan QWL yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai R = 0,288, dan p = 0,00 (p< 0,05). Sumbangan efektif R Squere = 0,083 yang berarti besarnya sumbangan POS dalam mempengaruhi QWL adalah 8,3 %. Kata kunci: Perceived Organizational Support (POS), Quality of Work Life (QWL)
