Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan keterampilan proses sains terhadap hasil pembelajaran Kinematika di SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman, yang terdiri dari empat kelas. Sampel penelitian diambil 2 kelas yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, yakni kelas X IPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X IPA 1 sebagai kjelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen pembelajaran Kinematuika menggunakan pendekatan keterampilan proses sains, sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t, diperoleh thitung = 2.24 dan ttabel = 1.99 yang berarti 2,24 ˃ 1,99. Sehingga disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan pendekatan keterampilan proses sains terhadap hasil pembelajaran Kinematika di SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman.
