Abstract

Technological developments have brought changes to every aspect of human life, including financial matters. In recent years, people must be very familiar with the term digital wallet. A digital wallet is an electronic application that can be used to pay for transactions online. No card and no cash, users only need to bring their smartphone. There are many digital wallet applications in Indonesia, including OVO and LinkAja. The purpose of this study is to analyze the user experience of the OVO and LinkAja applications using the meCUE Questionnaire method. The meCUE Questionnaire consists of 5 modules and 10 instruments with 34 statement items that will be answered by respondents through questionnaires, the sample in this study is 200 respondents with the criteria that they have used OVO and LinkAja digital wallets. This study resulted in the highest average value for OVO is 6.24 (usability) and the lowest average value is 2.97 (negative emotions), in the LinkAja application the highest average value is 5.89 (Visual Aesthetics), and the lowest average value is 2.91 (negative emotions) . The average for the overall score is 4.3 for OVO and 3.7 for LinkAja OVO. Keywords: User experience, application, meCUE Questionnaire
