This study used secondary data from medical records at the ENT Department General Hospital Mohammad Husin Palembang. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS version 26 program. There is a relationship between congenital deafness with history of low birth weight (p 0,036), TORCH (p 0,022) dan asphyxia (p 0,038). Logistic regression analysis showed a history of TORCH infection with p value 0,002 and OR 15.63 being the most influential factor.
