Abstract
The objective of this research was to study characteristic of timun suri (Cucumis melo L). The result showed that timun suri consist of water 96,32%, ash 2,29%, fat 0,04%, protein 1,27% and carbohydrate 2,08% and crude fiber 0,86%. timun suri also high in minerals that required as nutrition for healthy : potassium(1,008%), phosphor (0,42%) and calcium (0,78%). Timun suri will appropriate processed as beverage products.
