Abstract
Riding safety on a motorcycle is something that must be done. Safety devices like helmets there are currently only able to protect without being able to give a warning to the user. Therefore, an early warning system is created that can provide early warning to motorists. The system is made with a Max30100 sensor connected to a microcontroller and implemented in a helmet. The purpose of this final project is to provide an early warning to the rider and pulse detection using the Max30100 sensor is needed to determine whether or not the condition of the rider's pulse is normal. If the rider experiences drowsiness and fatigue, the pulse intensity usually decreases. The results of the detection pulse are displayed on the Blynk application via the smartphone screen and the buzzer on the helmet will respond to vibrations and sounds when the pulse has decreased.
