Abstract

The purpose of this research is to preference of selection Rusunawa in the city of Palembang in terms term, variables of income, rent price and accessibility. The data used in this research is the primary data with the total number of samples 80 respondens. This research used multiple linear regression analysis method. The results show that income and rent price negative effect and significant correlates with preference of selection Rusunawa, while accessibility positive effect and significant correlates with preference of selection Rusunawa in Palembang. The analysis of this research indicates that the the value of income coefficient that has the most innuence and significance with preference of selection Rusunawa. The higher the income, The preferences of selection Rusunawa will decrease further. Thus rusunawa can be categorized as inferior goods
