Abstract
The objectives of this study was to know how the implementation of civic education with comprehensive approach by the teacher of PPKn at SMP Islam Terpadu Al Furqon Palembang. This study used the case study method with qualitative approach. The informan of this study were six teachers which were taken using by purposive sampling. The data collected techniques with documentation, interview, and observation. The test of data validity include the test of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the result of data analysis and discussion it is know that the implementation of civic education with comprehensive approach in the process of PPKn learning at SMP Islam Terpadu Al Furqon Palembang is good. The thing is proven by the comprehensive approach which has implemented by the civic teacher, in every teaching and learning process, the civics teachers always teach the value of Pancasila, become a role model learners, become the facilitator, and also develop the academic and social skill off the learners.
