Abstract

Introduction: Covid-19 is a disease caused by the sars-cov-2 virus, discovered in December 2019 in Wuhan, China which has spread to various countries in the world. There are several steps to avoid transmitting the virus, one of which is by complying with health protocols. This research was conducted to determine the relationship of Knowledge, Attitudes, and Actions to Compliance with the Implementation of Health Protocols in the Post-Covid-19 Third Wave in Health Workers at the Mohammad Hoesin General Hospital in Palembang. Mrthods: This research was conducted from 6 December 2022 to 9 December 2022 at the Mohammad Hoesin Hospital in Palembang. The method used is analytic observational with a cross-sectional study design. The method used is analytic observational with a cross-sectional study design.The sample in this study consisted of 79 health workers consisting of several professions, namely 12 doctors, 43 samples of nurses, 3 samples of midwives, 9 samples of pharmacy staff, 1 sample of nutrition workers, 2 samples of medical rehabilitation workers, and 9 samples of medical technician. Results: The results showed that the majority of the sample was aged <35 years with a total of 48 people (69.8%), female sex with a total of 64 people (81%), health professional professionals in the form of nurses with a total of 43 people (54.4%), and had participated in the Covid-19 training/seminar with a total of 47 people (59.5%). The majority of the sample had good knowledge (87.3%), attitudes (86.1%) and actions (82.3%) about the Covid-19 health protocol and a very high level of adherence (65.8%) to the implementation of the health protocol Covid-19.There is a significant relationship between the independent variables (knowledge with a p-value = 0.027, attitude with a p-value = 0.006, and action with a p-value = 0.000) to adherence to implementing health protocols. The independent variables (knowledge with a value of pr = 2.415, attitude with a value of pr = 2.603, and action with a value of pr = 3.912) are also risks to adherence to the implementation of health protocols. Conclusions: There is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and actions regarding Covid-19 towards compliance with the implementation of the Covid-19 health protocol for health workers at the Mohammad Hoesin Hospital in Palembang.
