Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengobati Motile Aeromonas Septicemia pada ikan nila. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Dasar Bersama Perikanan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sriwijaya pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2011. Metode yang digunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan lima perlakuan ekstrak daun jambu biji yaitu PO (kontrol), P1 (0,39 mg.ml-1), P2 (0,98 mg.ml-1), P3 (1,58 mg.ml-1), dan P4 (2,17 mg.ml-1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak daun jambu biji konsentrasi 1,58 mg.ml'1 merupakan konsentrasi terbaik yang menghasilkan proses penyembuhan luka paling cepat dan persentase kelangsungan hidup tertinggi yaitu 91,67%.
