Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance PT Sinarkencana Multilestari. Pursuant to Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory dimensional work motivation shown by physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, the need for self-esteem, and self-actualization needs. The population in this study were all employees at PT Sinarkencana Multilestari, amounting to 33 people. Data collection methods used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires and observations. While secondary data PT Sinarkencana Multilestari. Methods of data analysis using simple linear method. The data is processed through the program Stastistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Version 23:00. The results showed that motivation significantly influence the performance of the employees in the PT Sinarkencana Multilestari.
