Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of granting limited licenses in econtractagreements between PT Gojek Indonesia to its partners, legal liabilityof each party in the implementation of the agreement and limitations and formsof limited licensing criteria setaskan in this study. This research is descriptiveresearch and using normative approach method. This study used a qualitativeapproach using primary data types through contract research agreements, andsecondary data types obtained from library studies and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the process of binding of limitedlicensing agreement by PT. Gojek Indonesia To its Partners by way ofproviding account data in accordance with partner data with terms andconditions contained in the agreement and may not be transferred ortransferred to other parties. The Agreement is authorized by the consent of thepartner by cross-checking in the initial view of the application before it canbegin to use the Auto-show application displayed on partner partner mediaafter completing the registration requirements specified by PT.GojekIndonesia listed on the preliminary view of the contract agreement.The partieshave their respective responsibilities in their cooperation agreements.PT.Gojek Indonesia on behalf of PT. Application of Nation Children who havecomputer software program called application of Gojek, giving limited licensethat is in the form of account containing personal data of user that is partner, sothis agreement involves several parties that is PT. Gojek Indonesia, whichhandles the operational management of the service until the complaints in thefield, and PT Application of the nation as the owner of computer softwareprogram that will be used by partners called the drivers both wheel 2 andwheel 4.Agent in the future form of agreement made by the parties made in theform notariil so as to provide legal certainty for the parties that make it and theform of agreement made better and more conceptualized well in accordancewith the rules applicable in Indonesia.
