Abstract
The selection of the best employees periodically is one of the most important things in the management of Human Resources (HR) in a company. The company will provide an award or reward in order to motivate employees to increase dedication and employee performance, where employees in this case are sales marketing because the role of sales marketing is very important to market products on CV. Honda Union Motor. So the purpose of this research is to build a decision support system (SPK) for selecting the best sales marketing that can take into account all the criteria that support decision making. The method applied is the SMART method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique), the criteria used are target, discipline, cooperation, attitude and skill. The output of this system is in the form of evaluation results, ranking for the best sales marketing recommendations on the CV. Honda Union Motor.
