Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan multirepresentasi siswa pada topik Listrik Arus Searah. Penelitian ini melibatkan 119 orang siswa kelas XII IPA 4, XII IPA 5 dan XII IPA 6 SMA Negeri 11 Palembang tahun ajaran 2022/2023.. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan secara offline menggunakan Instrumen soal dari Physport dan digabung dengan buku bahan ajar fisika kelas XII. Instrumen soal berbentuk tes uraian berjumlah 8 butir soal yang di representasikan dalam empat format representasi yaitu verbal, matematis, grafik dan gambar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persentase kemampuan multirepresentasi paling tinggi terletak pada tipe representasi matematis (Gm-M) sebesar 78,57%, dilanjutkan dengan tipe representasi verbal (Gm-M) sebesar 60,50%, tipe representasi grafik (V-Gr) sebesar 45,09% dan yang paling rendah tipe representasi gambar (V-Gm) sebesar 22,13%. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran terkait kemampuan multirepresentasi siswa SMA Negeri 11 Palembang pada topik listrik arus searah.
