Abstract

This study aims to understand and analyze the effect of the ownership structure of banking companies on the firm of banking companies listed on the IDX. The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the IDX, totaling 45 companies The result of this study show that ownerhip structure, proxied by institution and public ownership show a positive and significant effect on firm value. The sampling method used in this study was positive sampling and 12 companies were selected as sample. The data is analyzed using multiple regression analysis.
