Abstract

One of the most common ways to control speed is to use a sensor encoder. The resulting data will be displayed on your computer or laptop. I know their observations. More and more motors have lower maintenance costs in addition to efficiency, torque, speed and variability. These DC motors have a faster commutation process and lower maintenance costs, which causes the brushes to fire and quickly become damaged. The rotor is made of coils and is induced by the rotating magnetic field of the stator, which causes an electric current in the rotor. The rotational speed of the rotor is much slower than the rotational speed of the stator magnetic field. As a result, induction motors tend to be less efficient than high-speed DC motors, can fluctuate, and have lower maintenance costs, so brushless DC motors or commonly known as BLDC motors are used.
