Abstract

Apartmen Bersubsidi Sentraland Jakabaring Palembang merupakan Lokasi Proyek Rusunami Jakabaring Palembang Sumatera Selatan dengan luas lahan sekitar 51.314 m2 . Adapun Proyek Rusunami Jakabaring Palembang Sumatera Selatan terdiri beberapa bangunan yaitu 3 tower rusunami, satu bangunan plaza terbuka dan taman. Untuk memberikan kesan kenyamanan, keindahanan, dan keamanan dalam apartmen maka perencanaan sistem instalasi listrik haruslah sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Indonesia dan Persyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik 2000. Pengaman dan penghantar yang dibutuhkan diambil satu tingkat lebih besar dari hasil perhitungan, hal ini diambil apabila terjadi penambahan beban di masa yang akan datang. Besarnya kapasitas daya total pada Apartmen Sentraland Jakabaring Palembang adalah 587225 Watt atau sebesar 690852,9412 VA. Sehingga untuk sumber energi cadangan dibutuhkan daya sebesar 800 KVA. Rancangan Anggaran Biaya (RAB) yang dibutuhkan untuk Apartmen Bersubsidi Sentraland Jakabaring Palembang sebesar Rp. 5.152.467.000
