Abstract

This study was conducted to test the effect of the Activity to Profitability Ratio carried out on Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The independent variables used in this study are Working Capital Turnover (WCT), Cash Turnover (CT), Inventory Turnover (IT), and Account Receiveable Turnover (ART) and the dependent variable used in this study is Return On Assets (ROA). The population in this study was 39 food and beverage sector companies. This research was conducted using the Purposive Sampling method with the aim of obtaining a representative sample according to the specified criteria. The number of samples obtained was 20 food and beverage sector companies for the 2017-2021 period. The method used to analyze the data is multiple linear analysis. Hypothesis testing was carried out with simultaneous test F and partial test T. Findings in this study were Cash Turnover (WCT), Inventory Turnover (IT), and Account Receiveable Turnover (ART) had a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Working Capital Turnover (WCT) has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).
