Abstract

The development of level 4 reading literacy minimum competency assessment questions using the wizer.me application at SMP Negeri 41 Palembang aims to; (1) describe the needs of educators and students; (2) design products in the form of level 4 reading literacy minimum competency assessment questions using the wizer.me application; (3) describe the feasibility of the product according to experts; (4) describe the results of validity and reliability; and (5) describe the results of the item analysis. The research and development method used is the combined research and development method of Borg and Gall and Djiwandono. The validation test was carried out by experts consisting of questionnaire experts for the needs of educators and students, question/evaluation experts, material experts, and language experts. The results of validating the aspects of the educator's questionnaire got a percentage value of 95%, the results of validating the aspects of the student questionnaire obtained a percentage value of 100%. Then, the results of validating the aspect of the matter of the percentage value are 92.30%. The results of validating the material aspects of the percentage value are 96.42%. The results of the validation of the language aspects of the percentage value are 97.5%. The validity of multiple choice questions is 0.69 high interpretation. The validity of the question description of 0.88 interpretation is very high. The validity of short answer questions is 0.60 high interpretation. The validity of complex multiple choice questions is 0.77 high interpretation. The validity of matchmaking questions is 0.71 high interpretation. In the analysis of item validity, 50 items were declared valid. In the multiple choice reliability analysis 0.82 high category. Description reliability 0.93 is very high category. Reliability short stuffing 0.75 is high category. Complex multiple choice reliability 0.87 is high category. Matching reliability 0.83 is high category. The results of the item analysis showed that 50 items had a moderate level of difficulty. Based on the results of the analysis of discriminating power and the quality of the distractor, there are no problems with options that need to be corrected.
