Abstract

Research on the effect of feeding pellets enriched with squid oil at different doses on the growth rate of tiger grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus) seeds has been carried out at the Lampung Marine Aquaculture Center (BBPBL). The experimental design used was a completely randomized design and use a fiber tub measuring 2 m x 1 m x 0.6 m and used a waring frame measure 50 cm x 50 cm with a stock density of 10 juvenille with an initial weight of 20 -21 grams and an initial length of 10 cm. , and 4 treatments with 3 repetitions, which (a). pellets (control), (b). pellets enriched with 1% squid oil, (c). pellets enriched with 5% squid oil, (d). pellets enriched with 9% squid oil. The results showed the highest growth rate in the treatment of pellets enriched with squid oil with a dose of 5% which was worth 4.18 cm and 35.35 grams and the lowest FCR in the treatment of squid oil with a dose of 5% and the survival rate of tiger grouper that kept for 30 days with a value of This 100% indicates that the growth rate of tiger grouper fish is grown well.
