Abstract

The rapid advancement of internet technology has led to social changes in society. Many service provider businesses are starting to exist by taking advantage of the development of information technology, one of which is the birth of a super application (super app), one of which is the Gojek application. Based on the survey results above, the Play Store found problems such as the appearance of the application/interface being unattractive, errors often occurring by applications and Google maps, while those who do not understand using Google Maps, the Gojek system is not compatible with several types of smartphones such as Android and iOS. Therefore, in order for the Gojek application to improve user experience, it is necessary to evaluate the current user experience level to find out areas of increased user experience. In addition, this research is the beginning of measuring the user experience of the Gojek application using the User Experience Questionnaire. UEQ. In this study, the user experience measurement method used is the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). based, and utilized to perform subjective quality assessments. The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) contains 6 assessment aspects namely Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. In this study, the results of evaluating the user experience on the Gojek application used each aspect of the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). it can be seen that all aspects of the gojek application get positive evaluation values starting from the aspects of Attractiveness, Clarity (perspicuity), Efficiency (Efficiency), Dependability, Stimulation (Stimulation), and Novelty (Novelty). The results are based on the results of the Benchmark tab that has been obtained for each aspect of UEQ using the UEQ Data Analysis Tools can be seen that the Novelty aspect gets the Above Average score (above average), the Clarity Aspect (Perspicuity) gets the Good score (Good), Efficiency, Dependability, and Stimulation, while the Attractiveness aspect gets an Excellent score. keywords : User Experience, User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), Aplikasi Gojek
