Abstract

PT. Ansaf Inti Resources has set a target for overburden removal in December 2021 of 200,089 BCM, while only 96,528 BCM was realized. So there is still a shortage of overburden production of around 103,528 BCM. This study aims to analyze the productivity of loading and hauling equipment in the overburden stripping of Pit BME, Kungkilan Block, PT. Ansaf Inti Resources, analyzed the constraints that affect the productivity of the overburden digging and hauling equipment in the BME Pit, Kungkilan Block, PT. Ansaf Inti Resources, and assessing the need for digging and hauling equipment to meet the overburden production target at the BME Pit, Kungkilan Block, PT. Ansaf Inti Resources. This study measured the cycle time value of digging and hauling equipment. The results of this study show the productivity of the Hyundai 480 LC – 9S Excavator and the Hino 500 FM 350 PD Dump Truck of 141.31 BCM/hour and 93.07 BCM/hour. The constraining factors that affect overburden stripping are the time for the Hyundai Excavator 480 LC – 9S and the Hino 500 FM 350 PD Dump Truck, which are 20.54 seconds and 623.83 seconds. The actual work efficiency obtained is very small, namely only 40% due to the time constraints that occur during the overburden stripping operation. Improvement efforts made by improving work efficiency, so that the work efficiency obtained increased to 52%. To meet the overburden production target in December, 3 units of excavators.
