Abstract

PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU III as one of the national vital objects is a state-owned company engaged in oil and gas refineries. PT Shell Indonesia is an MNC company engaged in the production of oil and gas refineries. Both companies are committed to communicating their corporate sustainability. This study aims to analyze sustainability communication in Instagram posts by PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU III and PT Shell Indonesia on Instagram social media. Data obtained from the results of documentation and literature study with quantitative content analysis research methods. This study uses the triple bottom line theory which has three dimensions to consider, namely economic, social and environmental. The results of this study indicate that PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU III has a dominant sustainability communication with a percentage of 56.53% while PT Shell Indonesia with a percentage of 41.68% which is explained in the triple bottom line concept.
