Abstract

Keberadaan lamun dapat terganggu oleh faktor alam dan manusia, seperti fenomena El Nino yang mempengaruhi SPL. Suhu merupakan indikator pertumbuhan lamun. Penelitian dilakukan pada tahun 2015, 2018, dan 2021 di Perairan Tukak dan pulau Anak Air dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi tutupan lamun, kondisi SPL, dan hubungan tutupan lamun dengan SPL. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengetahui tutupan lamun menggunakan citra Sentinel 2A, SPL menggunakan citra Aqua MODIS, dan survei lapangan menggunakan transek. Materi yang digunakan adalah lamun yang dideteksi pada wilayah kajian. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa tutupan lamun pada tahun 2015, 2018, dan 2021 termasuk kedalam kategori rendah. SPL tahun 2015 dan 2018 tidak sesuai untuk pertumbuhan lamun sedangkan tahun 2021 sesuai. Hubungan tutupan lamun dan SPL searah, dengan menurunnya suhu maka tutupan lamun juga mengalami penurunan.
