Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan design research tipe development study yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKPD berbasis Problem-Based learning (PBL) materi relasi dan fungsi untuk mendukung kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa yang valid dan praktis. Adapun subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VIII 10 SMP Negeri 8 Palembang dengan 6 siswa sebagai fokus penelitian. Tahapan penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 tahap yaitu Tahap Preliminary dan Tahap Prototype (Formatif Evaluation) terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu 1) self evaluation, 2) expert review, 3) one-to-one, 4) small group, dan 5) field test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti menyatakan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori valid dengan persentase sebesar 80,35%, LKPD berkategori praktis dengan persentase sebesar 84,05% dan hasil tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa pada saat field test di kelas VIII 10 termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 74,96.
