Abstract

The Afghanistan-Indonesia-Germany Triangular Cooperation is an effort to achieve women's economic empowerment in Afghanistan. Through strengthening capacity and enchancing capability in the development of programs related to the issue of women's economic empowerment in a concervative patriarchal society. This research focuses on how to implement Triangular Cooperation between Afghanistan, Indonesia and Germany in pursuing women's economic empowerment in Afghanistan in 2019-2020. the research methods used in this study are qualitative methods, and secondary types of data sources obtained through the review process of books, literature, documents, and data that are available and official and valid. The result of the study show that the content of this Triangular Cooperation is produced by taking into account the interest of related actors, the type of benefits, the degree to be achieved, the decision-making process, program implementers, and the resources used, then the success of its implementation is influenced by the strengths, interest, and compliance and response to the implementation of the program.
