Abstract

Hasil penilaian aplikasi Kimia Farma Mobile di Google Play Store menunjukkan rating yang lebih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan aplikasi yang memberikan layanan serupa. Kritik pelanggan yang kebanyakan mengacu pada kualitas sistem dan layanan aplikasi. Kualitas layanan dan sistem yang kurang baik akan mengurangi tingkat pengalaman pengguna (user experience) dan berpotensi mengurangi keuntungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi tingkat user experience pada aplikasi Kimia Farma Mobile dengan menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa aspek kejelasan, efisiensi, dan ketepatan mendapatkan nilai di bawah rata-rata benchmark UEQ. Sedangkan aspek daya tarik, stimulasi, dan kebaruan mendapatkan nilai yang buruk berdasarkan benchmark UEQ. Direkomendasikan kepada PT.Kimia Farma untuk melakukan peningkatan secara menyeluruh dalam aplikasi serta menambahkan fitur-fitur yang menarik agar aplikasi Kimia Farma Mobile bisa mendapatkan nilai user experience yang lebih baik.
