Abstract

In this final project discusses the temperature control system in the oven for baking process based on thermocouple sensors and gas sensors. This study aims to make a programmable oven for maturity detection, temperature control, manual oven notification and useful for making it easier for housewives to bake cakes or bread. This oven is made using a thermocouple sensor as a temperature detector, an MQ sensor to detect gas or odors from the cake, the buzzer to issue a notification in the form of sound and an Arduino Uno R3 microprocessor to control temperature, maturity, and notifications. System control in the oven can control doneness when baking process happen and buzzer can produce sound to notify when the cake or cookies are cooked.
