Abstract

The objectives of this study were (1) to analyze the factors that influence rice production at Patra Tani Village, Muara Belida Subdistrict, Muara Enim Regency, (2) To analyze the efficiency of the use of production inputs in rice farming at Patra Patni Village, Muara Belida Subdistrict, Muara Enim Regency, and (3) Calculating the income of corn farming at Patra Tani Village, Muara Belida Subdistrict, Muara Enim Regency. This research was conducted at Patra Tani Village, Muara Belida Subdistrict, Muara Enim Regency. Data collection in this village was carried out on September 2022. The location was selected purposively. The research method used in this research was the survey method. The sampling method used was simple random sampling method by the number of farmer respondents of 31 farmers who doing rice farming. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicated that (1) the factors that had a significant effect on rice production at Patra Tani Village were seed and urea fertilizer, while those that had not significant effect were phonska fertilizer insecticide and labor (2) The efficiency of production inputs at Patra Tani Village in terms of price for seeds, urea fertilizer and insecticide had not efficient. While phonska fertilizer, insecticide and labor were not efficient. (3) The income of rice farming in Patra Tani Village was Rp17.212.187 per hectare per planting season.
