Abstract

The research aims to analyze that feasibility of garbage making become Organic Fertilizer Factory Building from fmancial aspect, and measure of feasibility Garbage sensitivity of Making Become Organic Fertilizer Factory Building variables ouiput and inpui products. The research has been started since July to August 2006. The method of this research is case study method because this Organic Fertlizer Factory of Pusri Company is the only one Organic Fertilizer factory in Palembang city . The data collected are primary and secondary data. Colleting primary data done in industry of Organic Fertilizer at Pusri Company belongs to employees of Organic Fertilizer Pusri Company, and secondary data got from instantions and literatures. The result of this research show that feasibility of Organic fertilizer taken NPV rate Rp. 2.926.723.043,1RR 13% and Gross B/C rate 2,72 with Pay Back Period will get 3,8 years. The result analysis sensitivity got that Organic Fertilizer Factory is not proper to realize in condition decreasing price product until 70% and increasing operaional cost until 160 %
