Abstract

This research purpose is to determine influence of commitment to job satisfaction grab bike driver in Palembang. Data collection techniques are done by census by distributing questionaires to 98 grab bike drivers in the Palembang city. orang driver grab bike di kota Palembang. This research uses primary data obtained from the questionnaire data and analysis techniques used are simple regression analysis techniques. The results of this research indicate that commitment has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction grab bike driver in Palembang city. Accordingly, the advice given to improve employee job satisfaction, grab manager should pay more attention to the needs and complaints of drivers
