Abstract
The number of electronic companies that are developing in Palembang at this time, certainly makes business people in the electronics field required to be able to compete in the electronic market in Palembang. Istana Elektronik is a long-established electronic store in Palembang. The problem faced by the Istana Elektronik is that there are many business people who sell similar products and many customers are more interested in meeting electronic needs at rival stores. Therefore because of the absence of a media that provides ease of communication in interacting with customers, it is necessary to implement Electronic Customer Relationship Management which only focuses on the concept of retain that is retaining existing customers. Many benefits are provided by ECRM for companies, namely, one of them is the company can reach consumers on a wider scale, and receive complaints and find out the what customers wants, so that it immediately corrects complaints and applies customer desires. In the end, with the implementation of E-CRM, there will be customer loyalty towards the Istana Elektronik. So we can conclude that the results of the design of the information system in the Istana Elektronik based on E-CRM to maintain customers and be used as reference for the company to determine the sales strategy at Istana Elektronik for the progress of the company.
