Abstract

Human resource management has an important role in every company With the good management of human resource it is aimed at increasing the contribution that can be given by workers in the company towards company goals . Human resource management audit is one way that can be done in order to find out whether the management of human resource of a company has been running effectiveIy, efficiently and economically. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of human resource management and the obstacles and weaknesses faced by PT Ulima Nitra. The research method is a qualitative descriptive study. The results show that there are still some of human resource functions that have not been carried out effectively and efficiently, that are human resource planning, career training and development , and employee satisfaction assesment. As an effort to improve the company performance, this research give some solutions and recommendations in order to achieve a better effectiveness of human resource function in the future.
