Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penjualan yang harus dipertahankan agar tidak mengalami kerugian dan mengetahui penjualan minimal agar perusahaan mendapatkan keuntungan yang ditargetkan oleh PT Chitose Internasional Tbk. Dari hasil penelitian break even point terhadap penjualan pada tahun 2020, PT Chitose Internasional Tbk berhasil melewati titik impas penjualan. artinya perusahaan telah melewati batas minimum penjualan agar perusahaan tidak mengalami kerugian dan mendapatkan keuntungan dari hasil produksi. Pada penentuan laba yang direncanakan tahun 2020, PT Chitose Internasional Tbk tidak dapat mencapai realisasi laba yang diinginkan, PT Chitose Internasional Tbk hanya mencapai penjualan sebesar 90% yang di rencanakan sedangkan laba yang direncanakan tahun 2021, PT Chitose harus mampu melakukan penjualan sebesar 115% dari tahun sebelumnya.
