Abstract

Mine Acid Water Treatment is very important because according to the Decree of the Minister of Environment Number 113 of 2003 that every person in charge of a business or mining activity is obliged to process wastewater from mining and waste water from processing / washing activities so that the quality of wastewater those disposed of into the environment do not exceed waste water quality standards. Acid mine drainage treatment carried out in East Bank-West Pit-1 creates cost components, among others, pumping costs, liming costs, MPA maintenance costs, and capital costs. The results of the analysis of the costs of acid mine drainage treatment in East Pit-1 indicate the pumping cost of Rp. 1,229,292 / hour, calcification costs of Rp. 94,333.33 / hour, MPA maintenance costs of Rp. 653.95 / m3, and capital costs of Rp. 388,904 /hour. Based on the results of the analysis, the total cost of Rp. 1,712,529 / hour is obtained. With an average discharge per hour is 300.29 m3 / hour, the total cost of mine acid water treatment is Rp. 6,356.85 / m3.
