Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of the human resource function carried out by the Lahat Regional General Hospital (RSUD). This research is descriptive qualitative, namely by observing conditions, conducting interviews with related parties, and obtaining other data. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from interviews and questionnaire results from the Lahat Regional General Hospital. The results of this study indicate that the management audit of the implementation of the human resource function has not been carried out effectively, namely HR training and development, employee performance appraisal, and employee job satisfaction because there are several criteria that have not yet been implemented, and occupational safety and health.
