Abstract

The development of science and technology raises demands to change manual data processing systems into website-based processing. Students cooperative in SMP Negeri 14 Palembang is still data processing it manually. Cooperative employees process data by writing in a book, then the book will be stored. This results in increasing the risk of data loss, difficulties in processing and searching data. Therefore, the author aims to build a Data Processing Application of Student Cooperative in SMP Negeri 14 Palembang using the Laravel framework with the PHP programming language and MySQL DBMS. The results of this research are expected to help cooperative employees in processing cooperative data. The test results using a black box show that the application built fulfil the needs of Student Cooperatives in SMP Negeri 14 Palembang.
