Abstract
One aspect of image processing is corner detection. Image processing is a technique for manipulating and modifying images in various ways. Problems with the detection system of underwater objects in order to know and detect this object be solved using an image processing technique with the Harris Algorithm method. The method is used to detect objects that are in water and implemented on the camera as sensors. The camera will be applied to submarine. The submarine is an Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV). The method is embedded in the microprocessor which has the ability to process the image. After testing on this system, the results of coordinate error testing are not much different, that is, only 1-2 pixels from the program. the average error in all objects is 1.12% with a maximum visibility of 50cm.
