Abstract

PT Dizamatra Powerindo is a coal company with a Mining Business License Area of 971 Ha. The increasing price of coal makes the companies plan to increase production targets in the following year. In 2022 PT Dizamatra Powerindo's production target is 2.500.000 tons and plans to increase the production target until 3.000.000 tons. So it is necessary to plan and redesign the pit openings, disposal capacity, and the number of equipment needs to support production achievement in 2023. The mining sequence will design with the help of Minescape 5.7 software for pit and disposal, a pit designed following the quarterly pit design output of the Spry 1.5 software, then the design is redrawn so that it can be applied to the actual state. After obtaining the appropriate sequence design, the next step is to analyze the needs of loading and unloading tools. The 2023 design pit covering an area of 77,15 Ha has a coal tonnage of 3.125.465 tons and an overburden volume of 9.277.944 BCM with an SR of 2,96. Quarter 1 as much as 689.675,51 tons of coal with an overburden of 2.026.033,09 BCM SR 2,94 required 8 units of excavators and 61 units of Dump Trucks. Quarter 2 as much as 850.233,25 tons of coal with an overburden of 2.487.303,11 BCM SR 2,93 required 8 units of excavators and 68 units of Dump Trucks. Quarter 3 as much as 889.868,39 tons of coal with an overburden of 2.535.818,71 BCM SR 2,85 required 8 units of excavators and 73 units of Dump Trucks. Quarter 4 as much as 695.687,85 tons of coal with an overburden of 2.228.789,10 BCM SR 3,20 required 8 units of excavators and 64 units of Dump Trucks. Disposal design in 2023 has an overburden capacity of 9,307,000 BCM. Elevation from RL 25 to RL 54 in quarter 1, RL 54 to RL 70 in quarter 2, RL 70 to RL 80 in quarter 3, and RL 80 to RL 90 in quarter 4.
