Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kemampaun Guru dalam Merancang Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Lilin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 7 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan melalui pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti mengenai kemampuan guru pendidikan Pancasila dalam merancang proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam kurikulum merdeka di SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Lilin yaitu cukup baik dengan persentase Nilai 92% meskipun pada data teknik wawancara masih terdapat informan yang memberikan jawaban yang belum tepat atau kurang maksimal. Oleh karena itu pelatihan dalam merancang proyek perlu maksimalkan agar upaya penguatan pencapaian kompetensi dan karakter berdasarkan profil pelajar Pancasila dapat berjalan optimal.
