(Burmf)) is one of the traditional crops t hal have different Chemical components, three of which (d-limonene, a-pinene, p-pinene) ,'hal have antifungal aetivily against Candida albicans fungus. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of antifungal essential oils lemon rind in several concentrations on the growlh of oral (’andida albicans in vilro. Lemon peel essential oils extracted of lemon peels and diluted with a solvent to obtain various concentrations of ethanol (20%), 40%, 60%. 80%). Test the inhibition Lemon peel essential oils against Candida albicans done by agar diffusion melhod using paper dises at Sabouroud's dextrose agar medium, and incubated for 48 hours at a temperalure of 3 7°C and calculoted elear zone around the dises contained in. Analysis of test data using One-way ANOVA (p <0.05) and follewed by Pos t Hoc LSD test. The results obtained by the research there are differences in the inhibition effectiveness esesial oils lemon rind in several concentrations (20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100%). It can be concluded lemon peel essential oils concentration of 100% has the same power antifungal Nystatin suspension 100,000 unit s by LSD test analysis.
