Abstract
Distro Zahra bergerak dibidang fashion pria dengan konsep murah, nyaman, dan trendi dikalangan anak muda. Proses pemasaran Distro Zahra hanya dengan menjajakan produknya di etalase distro yang menyebabkan kemungkinan untuk mendapatkan pelanggan secara maksimal kurang terpenuhi. Konsep bisnis online seperti website diharapkan menjadi jembatan informasi dan komunikasi antara pengusaha dan pelanggan. Penerapan CRM memiliki fitur pengelolaan data dan ulasan produk. Strategi cross selling bertujuan menyakinkan pelanggan untuk membeli produk yang lebih banyak. Sistem dibangun berdasarkan metode pengembangan FAST dengan notasi Diagram Konteks, DFD, ERD, dan bahasa pemograman PHP serta Mysql sebagai DBMS. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang menerapkan CRM dengan pendekatan strategi cross selling diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada pelanggan dalam mendapatkan informasi produk serta dapat meningkatkan penjualan Distro Zahra.
