Abstract

This study aims to know and evaluate whether District Government of Bangka has been managed grant and social assistance expenditure based on Permendagri number 14 year 2016. This analyze is a descriptive with qualitatice method, describes the whole about managing of grant and social assistance expenditure, starts from budgeting, implementation, administration, reporting, accountability, evaluation, and monitoring. Based on the results, the conclusion is the process of managing grant and social assistance expenditure in District Government of Bangka has been in compliance with the regulation, Permendagri number 14 year 2016. But on managing grant and social assistance expenditure have many constraints, they are limited budgeting and late posting for reporting an accountability.
