Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Special Allocation Fund and Special Autonomy Grants on poverty reduction. The data used in this study is panel data consisting of cross sectional data, the Provinces of Aceh, Papua and West Papua and time series for 2010-2020. The method used in this study is panel data regression analysis method using the Fixed Effecy Model. The result showed that the Special Allocation Fund had a negative and insignificant effect on poverty reduction, while the Specisl Autonomy Grants had a negative and significant effect on poverty reduction. Taken together, the Special Allocation Fund and the Special Autonomy Grants have an effect on poverty reduction.
